Frequently asked questions

How do I book a safari?

Message us directly on WhatsApp with your preferred dates, group size and the parks you'd like to visit. We'll reply with a tailored itinerary and quote — no forms or accounts needed.

What's included in a package price?

Each package includes return transport from Nairobi, a professional driver-guide, park entry fees, and accommodation as listed. Meals, drinks and optional activities like balloon safaris are confirmed with you when we build your itinerary.

When is the best time to go on safari in Kenya?

The Great Migration typically moves through the Maasai Mara from July to October, while the dry seasons (January–February and June–September) generally offer the clearest game viewing across most parks. We can help you time your trip to what you want to see.

Can you customise a package for our group?

Yes. Every itinerary can be adjusted for group size, budget, number of days and the specific parks or activities you're interested in. Send us your details on WhatsApp and we'll build a custom plan.

How do I pay for my safari?

Once your itinerary is confirmed, we'll share payment details directly over WhatsApp. Get in touch for current payment options.

What should I pack for a Kenyan safari?

Light, neutral-coloured clothing, a warm layer for early morning game drives, sun protection, and comfortable closed shoes. We'll send a full packing list once your trip is confirmed.
